J2 Solutions is a full service construction manager located in Venice Florida. Since opening the commercial division in 2003, J2 Solutions has coordinated a variety of projects that include office build-out’s, retail, medical, dental and restaurant/food-service. The commercial division is currently growing with revenues increasing each year since inception with the majority of the volume in Healthcare Remodeling inside hospitals.
Principals Jess Fronckowiak and David Fouché’ each attended the University of Florida earning degrees in Civil Engineering. Combined past experiences includes a variety of projects ranging from small jobs through $8 million commercial developments.
