The owner, James Paoloni, is a personable, qualified accountant with a passion for developing long standing client relationships and adding value to owner managed businesses.
James offers a unique mix of expertise gained from both an industry and practice background. His early accountancy experience includes 4 years within a FTSE 100 business. He used this experience and transferred his knowledge into a practice environment qualifying in 2008 and obtaining a Practising Certificate in 2011.
Subsequently, he gained an in-depth understanding of client’s challenges and what they really need from a business and personal accountancy service.
