J2L Partners is an independent company founded in 2012 by C-Level financial executives, with strong experience in corporate finance, business development and asset management (strategic investments). We focus on advisory services, business development and private equity funds management; Our services include M&A, financial and strategic advisory, restructuring and reorganization advisory and fund placement. J2L Partners also invests equity in some projects under management. Our experience has been proven by participation in major investment projects within the Brazilian economy for the last 25 years, such as the financial modeling and business development for CCR, Belo Monte, Santo Antonio Hidrelétrica, Quito Airport and Multiplus. We have also participated as advisors, or executives, in strategic M&A projects like LAN/TAM, Oi/Brasil Telecom and Rede D´or/Villa Lobos. We seek to generate long-term value for our customers and the companies we invest in.
