.A. Architects Ltd. studies & draws inspiration from the elements of traditional architecture to attain sustainability through design. Ar. Jalal Ahmed originally established J. A. Architects in 1997, which evolved from his distinguished partnership practice of Diagram Architects (1983). In February 2005, Architect/Urban Planner Afroza Ahmed, PhD joined J.A. Architects Ltd. as its shareholder director and it was then registered under the Companies act as J.A. Architects Ltd. J. A. Architects Ltd. has been involved in the design, planning & supervision of varied projects ranging from town planning, large scale housings & human settlement projects, academic & office complexes to small training centers made of mud blocks.
