JAC Strattons Ltd. has been acquired by Relo Group, Inc. (First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange; Security Code 8876) on 1st of August 2017. Since then company has been registered as Relo Redac JAC Strattons Ltd however, continues trading as "JAC Strattons". The name "Redac" comes from our sister company in USA "Relo Redac Inc. which is the biggest Japanese Estate Agent also acquired by Relo, Group Inc. in 2005. JAC Strattons was established as the property services arm of the Tazaki Group. The company started life as JAC Property, the first Japanese owned property rental agency in the UK. Through acquisition the company became JAC Strattons. It operates from five branches in Regents Park, Notting Hill, Victoria/Pimlico, Ealing and Finchley. Whilst maintaining its status as the largest property rental agent in the Japanese market in the UK, JAC Strattons has successfully diversified away from its original roots and now has specialist departments dealing with residential rentals, property management and residential sales. The company’s diversification in the rental market has led it to expand its tenant base to cover many multinational corporations, and international business people relocating to London, which is its core focus.
