Jackpad is a UK manufactured, fully tested modular & portable building support system that negates the need for concrete foundations & is made from100% recycled materials (plastic & steel)
It is a fully height adjustable system that requires no shims & the custom designed adjuster means that no matter what, we can design an adjuster to support your building.
This is a reusable support system available for hire & purchase that can be installed in 1 day saving cost & time. With the Jackpad support system, there is usually no need for remedial work as the system can be re-palletised & removed from site whereas concrete foundations are costly to remove, not environmentally friendly & can leave extensive remedial work to ‘make good’ the ground. Plus there is no requirement for plant or machinery when installing or removing from site which is another factor that saves cost & time.
The Jackpad support system can be installed in all weathers including snow & we offer full installation/removal of Jackpad system should this be required. We can also demonstrate to your own installation team how to set out, level and install Jackpad during your 1st installation if this is of interest.
Our support system is a tried and tested system that has been in use for 12 years now & can support single, double & treble storey buildings by varying the system set-ups. We have test results giving maximum safe working loads from 48kN up to 295kN.
