Jackson Contracts Solutions, LLC, provides Subject Matter Expertise (SME) level Acquisition support to Government Agencies. Our support is full lifecycle including performing market research, developing the acquisition strategy, creating the IGCE, development of requirements (SOWs, PWSs and SOOs) through facilitation of the Source Selection and contract award. We also provide post award support including contractor performance review, drafting modifications for funding increase/decrease, exercising options de-scopes and close out. Our team has over 20 years of expertise assisting small and large federal contractors navigate through the proposal process, and managing Government contracts. We provide proposal compliance and contracts management support. We negotiate NDA's, TA's and subcontract agreements. This dual role allows for a unique understanding of what Federal agencies are looking for in the winning proposal and what is necessary to include in the proposal responses to win a government contract. We have managed all contract types (FFP, Cost Type and IDIQ) from contract award/contract kickoff through contract close out. We have worked on the winning proposal teams for numerous large and small contractors, won awards for contract management and assisted Federal agencies issue a number of RFP's and RFQ's which have resulted in a number of contract awards to large and small businesses.
