In our lifetimes, technologies may accelerate along unique dimensions, enable us to see previously invisible patterns, bring within reach an end to many precursors to human suffering and help us each reshape our own journey of life. “Technology touches us all. If you put like-minded people together who believe they can shape their future, who believe there are better tomorrows, we have in our hands the ability to shape a better future.” Wyoming Governor Matt Mead The Jackson Hole Technology Partnership is a privately funded non-profit and non-taxable (501(c)(3)) organization founded to find cutting-edge technologies relevant to rural peoples and accelerate their accessibility on a global scale. The JHTP also funds its annual Wyoming Global Technology Summit and a variety of state, national and global initiatives and projects. The WGTS is an annual event - held each September in beautiful Jackson Hole, Wyoming - that helps identify those new technologies and enables the individuals driving those technologies to present to our audience. Though only in our fifth year, our annual global tech Summit is becoming a quick gathering of scientists, entrepreneurs, financiers, thought-leaders, CEOs and philanthropists from around the U.S. and the world, who come to learn anew and network.
