Jackson McCarthy & Associates is a Los Angeles-based search firm that places Finance and Accounting professionals in private industry and public accounting. We take a strategic approach to recruiting and matching candidates with employers, by first considering where they live, their education, and training and then matching their priorities with our clients' needs. Jackson McCarthy works to meet the highest ethical standards by including candidates and the client company's management in all aspects of the hiring process, including targeting, interviewing, negotiating, and evaluating each opportunity. In addition to recruiting, Jackson McCarthy also provides one-on-one outplacement consulting services. We assess each impacted employee to determine their particular situation and individual needs. All outplacement clients receive an updated resume, including individual sessions on how to work with LinkedIn, interviewing skills, and best job search practices. My fees are reasonable and flexible depending on the sponsoring company's needs.
