From hand-milking cows in a humble backyard to producing over 25 artisanal cheeses in a kosher-certified boutique dairy, our story is rooted in passion, agriculture, and people.
We remain proudly blue-and-white – a local Israeli dairy in every sense, family-owned and dedicated to honest production.
Alongside our cheeses, our farm café, culinary workshops, and gourmet gift collections invite guests and teams to experience food as a story – and a shared experience.
