Jade Agro Solution is an organic-led enterprise whose core mandate is to produce and source, quality quantity, and safe organic solutions to modern farming. Through our extensive interactions with small scale farmers in both urban and rural areas, we identified four major problems. That, The continuous application of chemical fertilizers has led to a significant change in the soil structure and properties. Chemical residues build up has made it impossible to grow healthy crops. The excess use of antibiotics has impacted negatively in livestock farming where traces of the antibiotics’ active ingredients have been found in products such as milk and meat which has disastrous effect on population health. Most farms do not have capacity to manage waste generated in their farms and have been accused of contributing in global warming through emission of greenhouse gas. Therefore, we cannot continue with the current methods and techniques to tackle agricultural related problems, what is needed is a low cost but effective methods and techniques which have worked elsewhere and for long without affecting the environment and the soil negatively. The use of organic microbes to replenish the soil has proven to be effective and hence should be encouraged. Biofertilizer made from animal waste like cow dung, chicken manure, and kitchen waste and rock dust are not only low cost and effective to many farmers but also has helped farmers to increase their yields significantly. These organic products have Zero-day Pre-harvest Interval and hence ideal for production of safe food with Zero MRL traces. We have developed IMO Plus, an excellent liquid fertilizer with insecticidal properties to curb the above challenges. We offer solutions not limited to button mushroom farming, insurance, irrigation, pig production in deep-litter system, animal feeds production, tech tools for record keeping, and hiring agricultural machinery equipment.
