The Jordanian Association of Dental Students, JADS, is a voluntary non-profit organization established as a National Association under the Jordanian Law, it is registered under the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Social Development. It was founded in August 2012 by dental students at the University of Jordan, it started with 7 members, and the aims were mainly to empower dental students across Jordan through all kinds of medical, voluntary and cultural events in the region and worldwide, to involve students in community, cultural and humanitarian work. Today, 12 years later, hundreds of students are registered as members, from all the universities with dental faculties in Jordan. JADS grew to become the station students' head to to boost their skills, unleash their hidden talents, integrate into the dental community and form connections.
