Since its establishment in 1964 and until its acquisition by the multinational group Cooper Standard Automotive at the end of 2018, Jae&Metalband S.L. has been known for providing top-level coverage and support, offering various types of services to numerous companies, especially those linked to the automotive sector, both nationally and internationally. Renowned for its coverage in areas of design and industrial engineering, development of special machinery and its processes, provision of industrial maintenance services and specific machinery, manufacturing of injection molds, dies, extrusion heads, transfer machines, etc., Jae&Metalband also provided services in designing, developing, manufacturing, and supplying metal armatures for reinforcing automotive sealing joints, in addition to offering cutting services and supplies of wound products for different industrial sectors. The company ceased its activity as an independent entity when it was acquired by the American multinational group Cooper Standard Automotive (CSA) at the end of 2018, where it became an integrated business unit in its global industrial structure.
