Jalna Construction Ltd has two work shops one is based on a multi modal facility on the side of the river Tees we have access to deep water wharfs and the heavy lift quay which can lift 220 Tonnes. Over the past year we have been building our own new workshop, located on Mickleton Road, Riverside Park Industrial Estate. It's purpose built, 50 m long x 20 m span x 9 m to eaves with 2 no 15 tonne overhead cranes with 7 m under the hook, giving a 30 tonne tandem lift. The building is clad with composite cladding and a heavy duty concrete floor with sliding doors to the main doorway 6m wide x 7 m high with a removable section above to give 9m high for special projects. The wharf workshop is serviced with a 5 tonne overhead crane with 8 m under the hook. Equipment Amanda Guillotine CNC controlled can shear 3 m wide x 12 mm thick CNC Profiling with Burny 10 control system and a bed 6m x 3 m capable of cutting steel 100mm thick. Bronx Press Brake CNC controlled 180 tonne with 4m long bed Kingsland Steelworker.
