James is a collaboration of craftsmen, a team, working together searching for the best possible solution for a problem, a group of people who were trained to think out of the box. James was formed within a harsh economic climate; it has helped us to look at the world differently, James takes low-tech ideas merged with technology to create hi-end designs. This fusion of technology, material use and craft combined with a new economic thinking gives us fresh answers. The architectural language of James is in permanent evolution. James doesn’t believe that there is one solution that solves all, regardless of the nature or size of the project; James won’t offer mass-produced ideas but rather tailor-made designs. Each project has a unique character that needs to be explored and elaborated. A project should be aesthetically pleasing as well as be a working solution. We understand that technology can complement craftwork and James is consistently experimenting and looking for new connections between quality proven materials and contemporary technology.
