James Brook Private Clients is the private office as part of Novello Chartered Surveyors. Led by James Brook who is an award-winning, experienced Chartered Surveyor acting exclusively on high valuation instructions, on behalf of private clients, solicitors, agents and broker. Recognised globally as one of the youngest surveyors to be awarded Fellowship status of the RICS, James was also a recent winner of the RICS Surveyor of the Year award for residential property. He regularly deliver training across the industry to surveyors, solicitors and agents. James specialises in Prime London Building Surveys and valuations. He is also the Managing Director and co-founder of Novello Chartered Surveyors.
