Career Mode

This isn't a traditional Company Page. After 12.5 years at LinkedIn and a year-long career break, I (James Raybould) am enjoying pursuing two simultaneous tracks in what I call Career Mode: 1) Meeting new people and companies while also reconnecting with old friends and colleagues. I've had a blast across 200+ 1-on-1 conversations since mid-September, especially getting to know startup CXOs, whether advising on Product, Pricing, and GTM or exploring potential full-time roles together. 2) Publicly sharing my approach and experiences as I find my next great role. I'm enjoying using LinkedIn to share ups-and-downs along the way, including publishing a series of "Colleagues I Value" posts to celebrate favourite coworkers from various roles and companies.
