I'm a systems developer and automation specialist.
A few fun facts about me:
• Originally from the Midlands, I've lived in London for 10 years and have spent the last 5 of them on a Narrowboat on the Regents Canal & River Lea 🛥️
• I have a little Whippet X Italian Greyhound called Jensen who hates water, makes a great boat dog 🐶
• I love motorcycles, I've owned Hondas & Royal Enfields, but now have a Yamaha XSR700 🏍️
• I also apparently love crashing them - currently averaging an accident every 1.5 years 💥
• I started my career in fashion - first fitting suits on the shop floor at Reiss in Covent Garden, before working in buying & operations roles at M&S and later Thread🤵
• I've always been passionate about technology and building things and decided to learn how to code properly @ Makers in late 2022 😎
• My typical tech-stack is Node.js deployed using Serverless on AWS for all backend work and PostgreSQL on Supabase for databases 🧑💻
