We will guide you through a design calendar, review your intent and determine seasonality, clarify fabric to garment to finish feasibility, can assist in fabric sourcing and negotiation, prefer to work with your sourcing base but can propose ours if onboarding is shorter than the vendor learning curve, can facilitate prototype process including tech packs, reference sample purchases with retainer, pattern delivery, 2 rounds of fitting to pre-production fit approval, pre-production testing, and final fit approval for bulk. We follow a linear development path, developing with the bulk production vendor to avoid outside redevelopment factors which could affect the final approval sample. This path becomes a runway for bulk production for smooth scaleability and best possible pricing for the approval sample.
