With over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she has worked in sales and marketing for major hotel chains such as Sheraton, Hilton and Conrad in the UK, Middle East, and Mexico. After spending six years with the UK's leading hospitality recruiter, Jan set up her own thriving and successful recruitment business over 20 years ago, which specialises in the London, domestic, and international markets.
