I have gained years of experience developing relationships and company cultures. I co-create modern Vektoring know-how, which is based on decades of proven knowledge. I help managers and owners develop their businesses. I designed trainings for facilitators and consultants specializing in change and development. I have been training public speakers and businessmen for over 20 years. I prepare managers for difficult situations. I am currently working on the idea of how to get consulting and lecturer know-how directly to companies so that they are not so dependent on external lecturers and consultants. In education : -leadership, -sales, -presentation, -communication, -negotiation and -time management. In the field of organizational development, I am concerning with: - company culture, - relationships, - conflict solving, - strengthening team cooperation and identification with the company. As interim: - build new business companies - develop customer services - call centers - shadow managers or lead business teams. I work for small and medium-sized companies. My language skills are Czech and Germany, I normally communicate in English. I focus on creating value. Even ordinary communication training has its goals and they must be achieved:) I don't like manipulative techniques and disrespect for people. I prefer humanity and at work I respect the natural ways of functioning of interpersonal relationships and motivations in order to lead companies to results cleanly and sustainably.
