As a self employed coach and consultant, I continue to provide project based and interim support to a variety of clients drawn from various sectors from across the UK, including NI. During the last 18 months in particular, organisations and individuals have had some unique challenges and I have had the pleasure of helping them to navigate through these. My support has included individual coaching of managers and leaders, helping clients to implement and embed change initiatives, advising and supporting organisations to realign their structures and processes and more latterly supporting individuals with career coaching. My key areas of expertise include: - Organisational Development - Learning & Development - Coaching & Mentoring - Strategic Human Resource Advisory I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management and a qualified and highly effective Executive Coach & Mentor (Executive Coaching & Mentoring Level 6 QQI). I have a breadth of experience in all aspects of Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Human Resources and Coaching & Mentoring, gained over the past 25 years of operating at senior levels across numerous sectors and jurisdictions. I believe that I am an authentic people oriented individual with a real passion for releasing the potential in individuals and teams.
