Cross-trained in all administrative functions necessary to implement the census. These included, but limited to, extensive training and use of proprietary governmental software to recruit enumerators, preparation of trainee files and communication with trainees; process extensions of enumerators and other employees eight-week terms and terminate as necessary; assisting payroll processing; assisting field ops to enter enumerator data into database; extensive file maintenance; extensive phone work with applicants cleared but not called for training, field supervisors, and other census employees; collection of enumerator phones, badges and bags to return to IT and inventory.
