Jang, stemming from the Korean word for sauce, celebrates the foundations to both Korean and Japanese cuisines.
Taking flavours from her hometown of Gwangju as well as impressions from Seoul, Kyoto and beyond, head chef Dana Choi has created a menu that champions techniques from both countries, along with the best of British produce. Jang is an intimate and sumptuous space with nods to oriental heritage throughout, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner from Monday through Friday.
