Started in 1992 as a family run business, we filled a gap in the market of repairing spare parts for hydraulic machines and production equipments. Later, as our partners’ requirements became more complex, we were involved in solving process problems, together with manufacturing subassemblies, as well as complex and simpler parts. As a company, our development has been continuous, with each project adding valuable experience placing us in the forefront of the design and production of custom built machinery, single-purpose machines and automated production lines in Hungary today.
FROM PLANNING TO REALISATION
We offer our clients a comprehensive service from conception to implementation. Over the past few decades we have successfully completed nearly 500 individual projects in almost every sector of the industry. We consider the requests to be solved as a challenge or an opportunity, and we always strive to create the most perfect technical solutions.
UNIQUE SINGLE-PURPOSE MACHINES, MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENTS
As a manufacturer of unique machines we do not have a perpetual choice of products; we design and manufacture optimal single-purpose machines, production lines, assembly lines, processing machines, assembly plants, automatic or semi-automatic equipments on the basis of the demands of our partners. Within the machine manufacturing process our own in-house engineer team is responsible for the survey of the buyers’ demands, elaboration of the machine’s construction, calculations, mechanic and electric design, elaboration of the measuring and controlling techniques, programming and commissioning of single-purpose machines. Approval of the final plans is followed by the start of the manufacturing processes for which sufficient room is ensured by our modern manufacturing halls.
