Since 1983, Javelin Plastics has been developing as a leading force in the UK for the design and manufacture of injection moulding tools and the production of injection moulded components.
With in-house design, CAD/CAM, tooling and prototyping facilities, as well as an up to date 50000 square feet production facility with 68 injection moulding machines from 22 to 480 tonnes (including 2-shot), Javelin is truly a “one stop shop" for plastic moulding expertise.
Javelin are experienced in working with all materials, from bulk polymers to specialist high end compounds, including PEEK® and Teflon®.
Quality is at the heart of all processes and Javelin are approved to BS EN ISO 9001: 2008. As experienced JIT and Kanban suppliers, Javelin is a valued supplier to many household names in a wide range of industries.
Located near the hub of the national motorway network at Junction 4 of the M3, Javelin can deliver efficiently throughout the UK and Europe.
