Under our Sheltered Program, Javid offers its clients, services in the following areas: human resources, payroll and benefits administration, logistics, MRO procurement, environmental and customs compliance, and facilities leasing and property management. Working as a department at Javid, foreign-based manufacturers are able to start up quickly without establishing a legal presence in the Mexico. Under this arrangement, manufacturers send raw materials and supervisory personnel to train and manage workers. Javid performs the non-core functions required to house, staff, and maintain all other functions. The client company maintains control over all areas that affect profitability and sustainability.
