Jawar Al Ihsan is a private holding company created in 2017. Upon establishment, the company consolidated a diversified portfolio of private equity and debt investments with a combined total asset base of over SAR 1 bln (US$ 266 mln). JAI tailors its approach to each individual portfolio constituent, often taking an active role in supporting and guiding companies, but sometimes taking a passive role. Post establishment, new investments are executed directly or via wholly owned SPVs, and across a wide range of industries and asset classes, including direct private equity, real estate, and early stage/startups. The company has a long-term investment perspective and prefers to grow organically through acquisitions in upcoming high potential fields. All investments are executed using the company's own equity capital, allowing for the optimum flexibility and swift investment decisions that complete financial independence permits.
