Buyers Agent As Buyers Agents, we work exclusively for the buyer, rather than the seller. Based on our extensive on-going market research, we identify target investment grade areas and asset types, based on strict investment criteria to complement the investor's personal circumstances and goals. After identifying target investment areas, we locate suitable properties and then conduct a detailed due diligence against my personally created investment criteria. The flow of the process is Strategy, Research, Shortlist, Appraisal, Negotiate and Secure. Property Advisor Jay Anderson Property will act as your personal property investment advisor/coach, available 24/7 to answer any questions and hold your hand to guide you through the entire investment process, including introductions to trusted service providers, such as mortgage brokers, solicitors/conveyancers, building & pest inspectors, property managers and various tradespeople. This continues after the property has been purchased. We also want to share as much knowledge as we can, to educate our clients, to empower them to become sophisticated property investors.
