JP Insurance Public is the joint venture between Phoenix Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited and Jaymart Group. This strategic move has led to the rebranding of Phoenix Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited, with the firm being renamed as JP Insurance Public Company Limited with its Capital Adequacy Ratio rising to among the top tier in the country’s insurance industry. While “J” in the company’s name stands for Jaymart group and “P” represents Phoenix, which has operated in an insurance business for over two decades. The new brand name will become official across the country from 1 May 2018 to 14 July 2021. As of 15 July 2021, JP Insurance PCL will change its name to Jaymart Insurance Public Company Limited. This is to strengthen the power of synergy across Jaymart Group.
