Jayur specialises in corporate wellness and mindset training. We run workshops, programs, wellness days and retreats focusing on passive mental health techniques for the corporate environment. Our workshops are orientated around self development, stress management and working with the bodies bioenergetic systems to build key skills to break through blocks, build better relationships and improve productivity for overall performance enhancement and stress management. Our services are offered on both an individual basis and at an organisational level for small groups. We tailor programs to client needs using sound healing and guided meditation techniques. Our goal is to instill a culture of positivity and balanced mindset to nurture self-development in the workplace and at home. Our programs foster closer working relationships within teams and better individual performance by building confidence, trust, focus, increased focus and motivation and better abilities to manage stress and anxiety at home and at work. We also hold private meditation classes, workshops and retreats for all level practitioners. Jayur combines a series of Eastern and Western philosophies to introduce easy to implement techniques to find balance, reduce stress, increase energy and improve relationships leading to better workplace environment and a more focused and productive team. Workshops are held in various locations across Australia, USA and Europe - online options are popular, we also run in person sessions in each of these regions.
