Our journey began with the launch of Guheshwori, Nepal's first automated rice and oil mill, marking the start of a legacy built on innovation and self-reliance. Over the decades, we have diversified and expanded our portfolio, contributing significantly to Nepal's economy. In 1977, we revolutionized the mineral industry by establishing the world’s first talc processing plant, followed by the inception of Maruti Cement in 1996, setting new standards in the industry. Ltd. 2005: Launched Shivam Cement, the first FDI-approved cement industry in Nepal. 2012: Introduced Laxmi Technoplast Ltd and Marigold Plastic.
