Justin is a Chartered Professional Engineer with strong technical expertise and extensive operational experience in wells decommissioning (P&A), well interventions, well integrity, completions, well testing, and well services disciplines. Well proven ability to successfully deliver complex offshore decommissioning and D&C well engineering and well operations projects, repeatedly demonstrating a strong ability to manage technical, operational, and commercial aspects of high-stakes projects. Justins experience spans the complete well lifecycle, from exploration to decommissioning, and includes significant lead engineering and management responsibilities in offshore drilling and completions, well integrity, and regulatory compliance. He is highly proficient in regulatory compliance and assurance, risk management, and contract administration, with a focus on project workflows and safety. Justin is a proven leader both subsea and dry-XT development, well intervention, well integrity management and decommissioning projects; notably contributing to industry working groups and delivering innovative solutions that have earned industry recognition, including awards for efficiency and environmental safety initiatives
