The Jordan Breast Cancer Program (JBCP), a national program by the King Hussein Cancer Foundation and Center in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, leads the national response to breast cancer -the most prevalent cancer in Jordan- by creating an enabling environment for early detection and shifting the stage at diagnosis from late stages (III–IV) to early stages (0–II). Through community engagement, awareness-raising, improved availability and access to quality screening services, evidence-based advocacy and policy, and strong cross-sector partnerships, JBCP empowers women across Jordan with the knowledge and tools to take charge of their health. Our integrated approach ensures that early detection is not only encouraged, but made possible for all, especially the most underserved.
