JBM Builders specializes in new home construction and home remodeling in Pensacola, Florida and surrounding areas. After starting JBM Builders in 1996 as a framing contractor, owner James Merry got his Florida certified building contractor's license in 2004 and became a custom home builder on the southwest Florida gulf coast before relocating to northwest Florida. Specializing in coastal home construction, his background includes piling homes as well as concrete slab home construction. James personally manages and oversees the projects himself to ensure his customers get the attention to detail and quality they deserve. JBM Builders works together with architects, designers and engineers to produce beautiful, functional projects, and offers a beginning-to-end client experience that includes seamless communication, staffing and on-site organization.
