JC Architect is based in Barcelona, Spain JC Architect was founded in October 2003. It has grown steadily due to the interest of its creator on getting to know and control the processes of marketing, product design and project execution. The ability to coordinate and organize is a fundamental key in the founder’s success resulting in many completed works as well as overwhelming client satisfaction. The architectural projects include hotels, building renovations in the old neighborhood of Barcelona, dating back to the XIX Century, new residential buildings as well as single family houses, retail shops, and interior designs. JC Architect develops architecture and planning projects, studies, technical informs, certifications, building surveys and inspections. There is also a development of projects based on sustainability as well. JC Architect is beginning to get known as a serious firm, with most of its clients trusting their assets and their construction projects with the firm multiple times.
