This Joint Cooperation programme on Applied Scientific Research (JCAR) is dedicated to improving transboundary cooperation on flood and drought management and research in order to Accelerate Transboundary Regional Adaptation to Climate Extremes (ATRACE).
To achieve this, the ambition of JCAR-ATRACE is to develop and foster long-term research partnerships to enhance the knowledge base and network on flood and drought risk management in transboundary regional basins.
