Started in 2017 as a construction company specializing in small home renovations. J Casey Designs, LLC has grown into a Real Estate Investment firm with rental properties, construction, and design services. We also offer consulting for other investors as well as investing in fix and flip projects in the Birmingham, Gasden, Rainbow City, and Ashville areas of Alabama. As we grow our vision is to provide the best product for the best rate to anyone looking for a rental property in these areas. Our expansion vision is to branch out into other areas of the state and move into the multi-family arena in the next two years. Plans also include the addition of commercial spaces and event venues within the state. We also wholesale homes on occasion and welcome your inquiry into that service.
