JCC Inc. - Johnson Construction Company

JCC Inc. provides utility adjustment services of various roadway frame and covers (manholes, water/gas boxes, monument boxes and various other roadway facilities) to general contractors, local municipalities and stand alone utility companies. Typically our work is performed in conjunction with roadway improvement projects in which existing utilities frame and covers must be lowered/raised to facilitate grinding/paving operations. JCC is centrally located in Contra Costa County California which allows us to work throughout northern California.
