Who we are We are a membership-based nonprofit organization of young people ages 18 to 40 in more than 100 countries around the world. Each JCI Member shares the belief that in order to create lasting positive change, we must improve ourselves and the world around us. We seek targeted solutions to the unique problems in our communities to build a better world, creating global impact. The Junior Chamber International Nigeria (OLUYOLE CHAPTER), is an affiliate of Junior Chamber International (JCI), the world’s largest federation of young leaders and entrepreneurs based with nearly a quarter of a million member and millions of alumni. JCI is a worldwide community of young active citizens ages 18 to 40 who share the belief that in order to create positive change, we must take collective action to improve ourselves and the world around us. With organizations in more than 100 countries of the world and in over 6000 communities: creating better leaders who create better societies. JCI members build a better world by targeting solutions to community problems. We are creative and courageous leaders representing countless occupations, we develop new skill while contributing to our communities, laying new foundations, and establishing new businesses, and social networks, we welcome people of any race, color, sex, religion and political ideology who want to become better leaders in any area. What we do We create better leader to create better societies. We show people how to grow personally and professionally, developing the entrepreneurial and leadership skills needed to generate positive changes in their communities, their countries and the world. We provide young adults with confidence to reach inside them and overcome limitations. Through the JCI training Institutes, members master the roles of managers, visionaries, coaches, educators, ambassadors and learners by participating in hands-on training workshops.
