JC InnoPower

Initiated and funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, co-created with the Hong Kong Council of Social Service, the JC InnoPower Social Welfare Fellowship is a 12-month talent and sector development programme. Its aim is to broaden the exposure of senior management in the social welfare sector and develop their future-readiness and adaptive leadership skills for enhanced organisation capacities and a sustainable ecosystem. The interdisciplinary curriculum, with individual and group coaching support, change initiative actualisation and the building of a Community of Practice, includes a one-week intensive adaptive leadership programme at Harvard Kennedy School in Cambridge, Massachusetts with adaptive leadership frameworks, concepts, and skills to address their respective leadership challenges. The programme is led by Professor Tim O’Brien with the participation of Professor Ron Heifetz, author of the adaptive leadership framework.
