Our group offers several areas of design services: with specialties in landlord & tenant improvements, single & multifamily residential, and education, government & state. Foregoing a traditional separate studio structure, the collective is instead one integrated company creating synergistic, interdisciplinary opportunities for clients. JCR believes that today’s consumer finds projects more appealing with increased flexibility and opportunities that arise from a multi-discipline approach. JCR Collective not only know its clients – it knows its clients’ communities through active involvement within the South King County and South Sound areas. Its Tacoma-based office was strategically chosen due in large part to the innovative and exciting endeavors being undertaken by J Squared Investments at its Rhodes center at 950 Broadway in Tacoma.
