JCXM8 Estimating Service

We take your scope notes and write a full Xactimate estimate with photos provided by you of the loss. We will base roof and exterior wall dimensions upon your scope notes, or if needed, from an EagleView report. If interior work is to be estimated, we will require a hand sketch with dimensions of the affected areas. If you wish to provide an ESX file with EagleView and photos attached, we can work from there. If not, we can order an EagleView (at an additional expense) We attach the provided photos to the estimate. We will label the photos and write a brief description when appropriate. We will use your provided logo and information to input for the letterhead, with your name as the estimator. We will send you a complete PDF print out along with the ESX file. We also offer full service for the southern coastal region. We are located in the heart of the gulf coast, Mobile Alabama. We have done field work from the tip of Florida to the top of Alabama. From the east coast to the Texas/Louisiana border. We can handle meetings with the adjusters, Construction Consultants, Owners, or Lawyers.
