JD Agro Cocora

JD Agro Cocora is part of the Romania Farm Invest A/S group, owned by Danish investors. It is one of the top agricultural companies in Romania and its main activity is the cultivation of cereals. In 2008, the JD Agro Cocora project was launched, including the acquisition of 5,000 hectares of agricultural land and the construction of a new farm in Ialomița County. Currently, together with its subsidiaries, JD Agro Cocora operates an area of 17,000 hectares in Ialomița, Constanța, and Buzǎu counties. The group of companies has 72 employees. Benefiting from international experience in the field of agricultural operations, the company has built a strong team of specialists in agriculture. The main headquarters of JD Agro Cocora is located in Cocora commune, Ialomița county. The farm has a machinery hall, a warehouse, office space, and a grain silo, with a total storage capacity of 40,000 tons. The farm in Amzacea, Constanța county, is also equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.
