We are consultants in engineering staffing. We work in civil, structural, geotechnical, and mechanical engineering. We also work with CAD Designers and Land Surveyors. Our goal is to help find the right job at the right firm for the right candidate. We consider our group to be World Class in the ethics of staffing consulting. We always consider the client firms’ and the candidates’ interests to come first. We have fiduciary responsibility to both our candidates and the firms we work with. Confidentiality is key to our process. We are transparent throughout the process. We are committed to resolve any issues that may arise in the process of making a placement. If there any that issues cannot be resolved, we move onto the next possibility for both parties. This is our guarantee. Mr. Doehlert has been doing this kind of consulting since 2006. He has been through the very intensive and excellent training class presented by MRI, a well-known International Professional Staffing Organization. Previously, Mr. Doehlert was the Human Resources Manager in a relatively large facility for 17 years, so he also knows the staffing business from the client’s side of the desk.
