J-Del Investments and Management Corp. (J-Del) is the holding company of the J-Del Group of Companies, was registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on September 15, 2008 primarily to invest in, acquire, hold and own shares of stocks of any corporation domestic or foreign.
As Parent Company, J-Del offers management services in area of general corporate management, providing directions and guidelines, reviewing corporate plans, assisting organizational set-up, market development, sales, promotions, financial projections, systems, operational processes and controls. It also provides corporate services in areas of finance and accounting, audit, taxation, information technology and legal services and corporate governance to affiliates to achieve the business objectives and the Mission-Vision of the Group as a whole. Moreover, it works with subsidiaries to develop and implement information system, internal audit programs, code of corporate policies, program on risk assessment and reviews and implements company-wide policies on accounting, finance, procurement, human resources and many more.
Members of the J-Del Group are Emcor, Inc. and KServico Trade, Inc. both engaged in retail business, Commercial Trade Financial Services, Inc. and KS Prime Financial Corporation the financing arms of the group, Trimotors Technology Corp and Delsa, Inc. engaged in importation and distribution of three-wheeler vehicles and air conditioning products respectively and Wodel Financial, Inc. (formerly known as Wodel, Inc.) is into insurance agency business.
