Juan D. Nepomuceno (JDN) Sons Inc., together with its sister company, Teresa G. Nepomuceno (TGN) Realty Corporation, is the owner and developer of the Nepo Center in the heart of Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines. Named for our forebearers, JDN and TGN are joined by two subsidiaries located in Pangasinan, Borealis Corporation in Dagupan and Wespan Development Corporation in Alaminos, to be collectively known as the JDN Realty Group.
The group’s humble beginnings started in the mid-1960s when Engr. Peter G. Nepomuceno envisioned and developed the city’s premiere subdivision, Villa Teresa, and the then flagship marketplace for stateside goods, Nepo Mart.
After nearly six decades in the commercial, residential, and workspace business, our company’s legacy lives on through our endless pursuit of progress and excellence. Nepo Mart is now part of the Nepo Center, the nexus of Angeles City’s Central Business District which includes Nepo Mall Angeles, Newpoint Mall, The Quads, eNtec buildings 1 and 2, which cater to the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector, as well as other commercial properties.
We recently partnered with Regus, the world’s leading network of flexible, virtual office space, to expand and diversify our portfolio, all the while strengthening our position on the global workplace map. We are also honored and proud to partner with Rockwell Land to offer an uncompromising and unparalleled lifestyle community, Rockwell at Nepo Center.
