At JD's DOJO martial arts school, you learn a combination of self-defence training awareness/techniques, boxing skills, practical kicking techniques, and learning how to manage yourself when on the ground. The ultimate goal being that you/your child will have sufficient knowledge, ability, and self-confidence to use what you have learnt in situations ranging from deciding on the most effective way to defend yourself, to competitive bouts where you put your skills to the test against other practitioners.
