Notre mission est de proposer des recettes bio, saines à base de poissons sauvages issus d’une pêche responsable et locale. Nous mettons l'humain au cœur de notre démarche. Nous souhaitons promouvoir une pêche locale, responsable et durable en travaillant avec des marins pêcheurs en circuit court (essentiellement à la Criée de Saint Jean de Luz).
Nos recettes sont simples, élaborées à partir d’ingrédients biologiques. Très peu salées elles sont 100% NATURELLES, sans additifs, ni colorants.
Le Pays Basque, l'inspiration de nos recettes traditionnelles, est aussi l’ancrage de notre circuit court et local.
