Sugary Jedi

After more than 15 years working for diabetes in third sector, in 2014 borns the blog "Reflections of a Sugary Jedi" for contributing in health in 2.0. In addition to social media, the Sugary Jedi personal brand has achieved to be a reference on the net in diabetes. Nowadays it is one of the most read blogs in diabetes in Spain and spanish speaking countries. Furthermore, the activity has been increasing beyond the internet, collaborating with hospitals, scientific societies, health associations, pharmaceutical companies… Sugary Jedi has become a reference for many patients, but his work has reached to health professionals as well. Many conferences and health events (see "about me" in blog) during the last five years endorses his reputation. Today a new path is being created in a new healt system, more collaborative. And the Sugary Jedi is opening a new role increasingly important inside the health ecosystem: the professionalized patient.
